Water-Cooled Plate with Embedded Tubes

A liquid cooling plate utilizes fluid channels integrated into a compact and relatively thin metal plate or strip to facilitate convective heat transfer between the fluid and the plate, thereby dissipating the thermal power generated by high-power electronic components on the plate’s surface. The key advantage of liquid cooling plates lies in their ability to dissipate more heat per unit area, thereby enabling the miniaturization of heat sink structures. Liquid cooling plates used for electronic components are designed to maintain the required low temperatures of internal components through continuous liquid heat exchange via direct contact with copper tubes. At the same time, the copper tubes are securely welded and feature excellent sealing performance, minimizing customers’concerns about leaks.
