Multi-Channel Copper Liquid-Cooling Plate Assembly for Liquid-Cooled Servers

This server liquid cooling assembly is fabricated by vacuum brazing a copper liquid cooling plate with other components, such as copper fittings, to ensure seamless connections between the liquid cooling plate, pipes, and other components, forming an open-loop liquid cooling circuit. The copper cooling plate features high thermal conductivity and rapidly transfers heat to the CDU for cooling via multiple connection ports. The vacuum brazing process allows for precise control of the welding procedure, enabling strict quality control and ensuring the entire assembly is free from the risk of leaks, thereby enhancing the system’s reliability.
