Water-Cooled Plate Heat Sink for Friction Stir Welding

The base material of this water-cooled heat sink is aluminum. Longitudinal channels are formed on the base using friction stir welding, and holes are then milled at both ends of the transversely spaced channels; the channels are tightly joined via friction stir welding. This technology has been successfully applied to water-cooling plates for high-power laser equipment, offering both higher compressive strength and thinner profiles. The surface of this water-cooled heat sink has undergone a hard anodizing process, resulting in a smooth, burr-free finish that enables the equipment to withstand harsh operating environments and long-term fluid erosion, making it a worthy choice.
