This friction-welded water-cooling plate uses AL6063 as its base material. Longitudinal channels are formed in the base material through deep-hole drilling, and these channels are then milled through at both ends at transverse intervals. The channels are tightly joined via stir friction welding. This technology has been successfully applied to water-cooling plates for high-power fiber-optic equipment, where it offers higher compressive strength and thinner profiles. It significantly improves the heat dissipation performance of the liquid-cooling plates and can meet the heat dissipation requirements of various heat sources.
