This laser fiber stir friction welded water-cooled plate uses AL6063 as its base material. Longitudinal channels are formed in the base material through deep-hole drilling, and these channels are then milled through at both ends at transverse intervals; the channels are tightly joined via stir friction welding. This technology has been successfully applied to water-cooled plates for high-power fiber optic equipment, where it offers higher compressive strength and thinner profiles, significantly improving the heat dissipation performance of the liquid-cooled plates and meeting the heat dissipation requirements of various heat sources.
