Vacuum Brazed Copper Liquid-Cooling Plate Assemblies for GPUs in Liquid-Cooled Servers

This liquid-cooled server component is made of copper and is manufactured using a vacuum brazing process to ensure the entire cold plate is free from the risk of fluid leakage. The cold plate’s smooth surface allows for direct contact with the GPU, and the component’s higher thermal conductivity enhances heat dissipation efficiency. LeRui also tests our liquid-cooling components and systems using professional testing equipment, such as mass spectrometers and ultrasonic scanning microscopes, to ensure the high quality of our products.
